One area you might consider as you continue to grow as a leader is creating more boundaries where needed and giving yourself permission to step back from being personally involved in every challenge.
Every team you led values your direction, and sometimes trusting others to carry things forward can be just as powerful as being in the details yourself. It’s honestly tough to see you take on so much emotional and operational weight. Taking a step back now and then doesn’t lessen your impact. In fact, it might amplify it by allowing you more space to focus on strategic outcomes and your own well-being. I only hope you extend the same care and compassion to yourself as you do to everyone around you.
