Vaslya Studio Licensing & Digital Use Terms

These terms apply to all digital templates, dashboards, frameworks, files, and toolkits sold or distributed by Vaslya Strategy Studio. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Vaslya digital product, you agree to the licensing terms below.

1. License Types

Personal License (Individual Use)

For use by one person only.
Permissions:
• Use the template for your own work
• Make edits for personal or internal deliverables
• Include in presentations delivered by you

Restrictions:
• No sharing with colleagues or teams
• No uploading to shared drives, intranets, or collaboration tools
• No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution

Team License (Up to 10 Users)

For teams, business units, or working groups up to 10 users.

Permissions:
• Share internally with your team
• Use across multiple projects
• Modify for internal business needs

Restrictions:
• Cannot be shared outside the team or BU
• Cannot be posted on organisational-wide systems unless an Organisation License is purchased

Organisation License (Unlimited Internal Use)

For organisations that want full internal usage rights.

Permissions:
• Unlimited internal use across departments
• Add to internal portals and knowledge bases
• Use across programs, PMOs, transformation offices

Restrictions:
• Strictly no resale, redistribution, or external publication
• Cannot be shared with contractors unless acting on behalf of your company

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All templates, frameworks, and designs are copyrighted works owned by Vaslya Strategy Studio.

You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the templates
• Claim design authorship or remove copyright text
• Upload to public repositories, marketplaces, or shared template libraries
• Train AI models on the templates or derivative works

Violations will result in license termination and may incur legal action.

3. Delivery of Digital Goods

All Vaslya digital products are delivered via downloadable file(s) containing:
• Editable Canva template links
• Instructions
• Licensing notice

If you do not receive your download within 5 minutes of purchase, contact:
archana@vaslya.com

4. Refund Policy

Digital products cannot be refunded once the download link has been accessed.
Refunds may be considered only when:
• The file was not delivered, AND
• You notify us within 7 days of purchase

No refunds for:
• Change of mind
• License misunderstanding
• Incorrect purchase of Personal vs Team vs Organisation license

5. Support

Vaslya Studio provides support for:
• Broken links
• Access issues
• Incorrect files

Support does not include:
• Customisation
• Strategic advisory
• Design alterations

6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any Vaslya digital product, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use any Vaslya templates.
