I’m Archana — though most people in Australia know me simply as Archie.
Over the last 20 years, I’ve led digital and data transformations across some of Australia’s most complex environments:
Delivering modern data platforms for financial giants
Replatforming eCommerce systems for national retailers
Designing delivery operating models for data science and AI teams
Leading global ERP programs from Asia to Europe
Creating playbooks that scaled delivery excellence across consulting and enterprise
I’m an Agile fanatic—deeply fluent in both the frameworks and the real-world tensions they must flex for.
From regulatory roadmaps to recommender engines, I’ve delivered it all. But I’ve also held the unglamorous work:
Rebuilding trust after reorganisations, layoffs, restructures
Mentoring teams through performance seasons, neurodivergence, personal crisis, imposter spirals, and more
Holding culture and outcome together when the change felt too fast for the people living through it
These moments, more than the milestones, shaped the heart of Vaslya.

The real resume isn’t always on LinkedIn.
I am a first-generation migrant from India. A practising Hindu.
A woman often praised for her impact while subtly told to soften her edges.
I’ve led with empathy, built high-performing teams, and kept delivery on track through chaos.
But I also carried quietly the burden of not quite belonging.
To stay silent in the face of uneven playing fields, because no one likes a nag. To advocate fiercely for others like me, but never with the same permission toward myself. To earn the respect of a few, while absorbing the fatigue of many drowning in their own disarray.
Disarray I never had the luxury to surrender to.
At first, I accepted it all and called it growth. Eventually, I realised that my willingness to unflinchingly carry both the team and the cost of invisibility - it was my own “good girl” wiring.
Finally - recently - I stopped asking: “How can I keep proving myself?” And started asking: “What kind of world do I want to build?”
Empathy, after all, cuts both ways. Especially when you forget to include yourself in its reach.
That’s what Vaslya is.
Not a rebellion. Not a brand. A reckoning and a reimagining.

I bring lived experience, an impeccable track record in delivering complex programs of work, and soul-led stewardship.
I build Delivery Mindsets where people don’t just function. They flourish.
Where equity isn’t performative. Where change doesn’t extract more than it gives back. You’ll see it in Vaslya’s diagnostics.
You’ll feel it in our workshops.
And if you’ve read this far, you already know:I built this for those who were never meant to lead the room but quietly kept it from falling apart.
For the founder building without a full-time team.
For the small startup that can’t afford a full-time delivery role because every dollar is sacred.
For that part of India I carry in my heart
That adorable Muslim boy whose name triggers bias in an API.
That cute little girl with pigtails whose day begins at a temple.
McDonalds isn’t in their world.
Power cuts, rationed water, and bandhs are.
For those in rural villages whose poverty is exploited for clickbait whose lives are regularly used to fundraise, but strangely never to inform design.
AI may be shaping the future.
But if we don’t intervene in how delivery decisions are made, it will keep locking these people out.So, there you go. Now you know:
I bring context. I bring consequence. I bring conscience. I bring care. Not because it’s trendy. Because it’s time.
And more importantly -
These are people I love. This is me.
